The Renoun Endurance 98 is a versatile, lightweight all-mountain ski known for Renoun's patented VibeStop technology . It is also my favorite of the various Renoun models and the one I use the most when skiing on my own. If you are not sure of the VibeStop technology, I am say that it does work. I used to have issues with vibration and chatter. but no longer. These skies fixed that for me.
It is ideal for intermediate to advanced skiers who want a fun and smooth ride rather than an ultra-stiff hard-charger. It is particularly favored by those who want to ski everywhere—from powder to trees and bumps—without feeling like they are fighting heavy skis all day. And it is a real knee saver with its lack of vibration and buffet that I see in many other skis. It is a playful, easy-going cruiser and a powerful, damp charger. With its tip and tail design it offers excellent "float" in powder.
I also found it to do well on groomers with it 18m radius and sharp edges. It is a playful, easy-going cruiser and a powerful, damp charger. It does not take a lot of effort to get on edge and carve a variety of turns shapes. In tight terrain its lighter weight made it quick to turn and its stability and easy turn initiation made it great to ski in the trees.
